These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the octave.co.in website, the OCTAVE METTLE mobile application, and any associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). 1. Acceptance of Terms & Modifications

3. User-Generated Content (Reviews, Photos, & Comments)
We welcome your engagement! However, any content you post, submit, or share with OCTAVE METTLE—whether on our website, mobile app, blog, or via social media (including images tagged with #OCTAVEMETTLE or other branded hashtags)—will be treated as public and non-proprietary.
License Grant: By submitting photographs, reviews, comments, or other materials ("User Content"), you grant OCTAVE METTLE a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully transferable right to use, copy, distribute, publish, translate, and modify such submissions in any media format. Ownership & Warranty: All User Content shall automatically become the sole and exclusive property of OCTAVE METTLE. You grant us the right to use the name or handle submitted in connection with such content. Furthermore, you represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all legal rights to the content you submit and that its use does not violate any third-party rights.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All content included on the Platform—such as text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software—is the exclusive property of OCTAVE METTLE or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright laws.
Trademarks: The OCTAVE METTLE name, logos, and service marks may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not affiliated with OCTAVE METTLE, in any manner that is likely to cause consumer confusion, or in any way that disparages or discredits the brand. Furthermore, the use of OCTAVE METTLE trademarks or service marks in meta-tags, hidden text, or search engine advertising without our explicit prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
5. Electronic Communications & Consent
By submitting your contact information to OCTAVE METTLE, you consent to receive communications from us electronically. You authorize OCTAVE METTLE to contact you via Phone, SMS, RCS, WhatsApp, or Email for:
Transactional updates (e.g., order confirmations, shipping notices).
